Step-by-step instructions on changing your drain.

Installing Your Drain

20 - 25 minutes

1. Gather your drain items

2. Take out your old drain

3. Apply plumbers putty and place the flange

4. Remove the tailpiece from the tailpiece mount and apply thread seal tape

5. Screw the tailpiece mount and the tailpiece back together.

6. Screw the flange and the mount back together

7. Tighten the retaining nut

8. Insert the drain plug

9. Remove the retaining nut and insert the pivot rod

10. Insert the pull rod

11. Connect the clevis strap

12. Reinstall the J Bend and turn the water back on.
